Fadel Al Ali is the Acting CEO for Dubai Group. He is also the Chief Operating Officer at Dubai Holding, responsible for providing strategic and operational leadership for the Company and its business entities. 

Fadel has a wealth of experience in the finance industry. He began a long
and successful career at Citibank, where he worked as a financial analyst
moving through the ranks quickly and was promoted to the UAE Consumer Credit Head in 2001, where he was responsible for managing all consumer credit units. Three years later, he was appointed as the UAE Head of Distribution, where he managed all of Citibank’s branches across the UAE, before joining Dubai Holding in 2004.

Fadel graduated from the University of Southern California with a Bachelor
of Science in Industrial and System Engineering. He also holds a Certificate
of Finance from the American University of Sharjah.
