The purpose of the Principles and Code of Conduct is to provide guidance of expected behavior for employees when fulfilling their duties as fiduciaries for Dubai Group and its companies.
The Principles and Code are based on global best practice to support Dubai Group's philosophy centered on delivering superior performance through strong ethics of professionalism and productivity. The frame work consists of principles which are the over-arching standards of how Dubai Group operates and the Code of Conduct codifies the Principles with detailed rules. The Code of Conduct is broken down into four sections, professionalism, loyalty, integrity and disclosure.
